Admission & Registration Terms
1. Eligibility and Course Registration
- Students may register for multiple courses offered by iceDQ University, based on their interests and academic goals.
- Registration is subject to course availability; iceDQ University reserves the right to limit enrolments at its sole discretion.
- Registrations must be completed through the official University portal.
- Eligibility criteria may include age, prior qualifications, and prerequisite courses.
2. Course Fees
- All course fees must be paid in full in US Dollars (USD).
- Fees, once paid, are non-transferable and cannot be applied toward other courses.
- Additional charges may apply for course materials, examinations, certifications, or assessments, as specified by iceDQ University.
3. Fee Refunds & Adjustments
- All fees paid to iceDQ University are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Student withdrawal or cancellation
- Absence or non-participation
- Changes in course, schedule, or program
- iceDQ University does not provide fee adjustments, credits, or compensations against paid fees.
4. Course Materials and Platform Access
- Access to course materials will be granted only upon confirmation of full fee payment.
- All materials are delivered via the iceDQ University and are intended solely for the enrolled student’s personal use.
- Course materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written authorization from iceDQ University.
- Students are required to comply with iceDQ university platform usage rules, including login security and account responsibility.
5. Fee Payment Confirmation
- Fee payment confirmations will be sent by email to the registered student.
- The University is not responsible for delays or errors from banks, payment processors.
6. Student Conduct and Academic Integrity
- Students must follow the University’s code of conduct, academic integrity, and ethical standards.
- Any act of plagiarism, cheating, or misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of enrolment.
7. Management Rights
- The University retains full authority on matters including admissions, curriculum, course schedules, fee structure, certifications, placement support, and content updates.
- All decisions made by the University’s management are final and binding.
8. Assessments and Evaluation
- Student performance will be evaluated through methods such as quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Students must meet the prescribed minimum requirements to qualify for certification.
- Policies on re-submissions, retests, or make-up assessments will be determined solely by iceDQ University.
9. Certification
- Certificates are issued after successful completion of courses, attendance requirements, and assessments.
- Certificates are non-transferable and may not be requested in advance.
10. Intellectual Property
- All course content, study materials, assessments, and related resources provided by iceDQ University are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the University.
- Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to access and use such materials solely for their personal academic purposes.
- Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial use of course materials, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary or legal action.
11. Student Data & Privacy
Collection of Information: Student data collected through the official iceDQ University portal will be used strictly for academic delivery, administrative processes, and University-related services.
Purpose of Use: Information may be used for purposes such as enrolment management, course delivery, certification, student support, and compliance reporting.
Data Protection: All personal information will be stored and processed in compliance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations (such as the GDPR or equivalent local legislation, where applicable).
Confidentiality: Unauthorized access, sharing, or disclosure of student data is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Access: Where necessary, limited student information may be shared with service providers under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
Student Rights: Students may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
12. Policy Updates
- These terms and policies are subject to revision or modification at any time at the discretion of iceDQ University.
- Any updates or changes will be communicated through the University’s official channels, including the University website, student portal, or official email notifications.
- Continued enrolment or participation in University programs after the publication of such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Liability and Disclaimer
- iceDQ University shall not be held liable for any academic, professional, financial, or personal outcomes arising from a student’s participation in its courses or programs.
- While the University endeavors to provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date course content, it does not warrant that all information, materials, or resources will be free from errors, omissions, or interruptions.
- The University makes no representation or guarantee, express or implied, regarding employment opportunities, job placement, promotions, or career advancement as a result of course completion.
- Students acknowledge and accept that their academic performance and use of University resources are undertaken at their own discretion and risk.
